The Process
It all starts with an Assessment Visit so we can preview the property and offer a comprehensive list for the Agent and their Sellers to execute. Once the property is ready, we thoughtfully select the appropriate furnishings, artwork, textiles and accessories to create the ultimate Maui lifestyle presentation.

Manini
We offer two manini options for smaller projects. Partially staging a few rooms in a vacant home or
design coaching for the owner occupied home.
We are here to serve in the highest and best good.
Nui
A full staging option simply means we bring in all furnishings and decor necessary to present the ultimate listing presentation in every space of the home. Start to finish we create a cohesive pallet for your listing.
Hapa
We blend our inventory with the select items in each space to create a curated designer presentation. We offer a room by room list to prepare each space before we bring in our touches.
